COVID-19 Policies

Based on guidance from the CDC and the Mecklenburg County Health Director, and due to the rapid spread of variants, the following policies are in effect at CATCh and will be enforced:

EFFECTIVE AUG 15, only fully vaccinated guests and students will be allowed entry. Guests should arrive early and be prepared to show their vaccination card at the door. All guests are required to wear masks throughout their visit to CATCh, including while seated.

On arrival at the theater, all guests must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination which matches their ID (including 2+ weeks since final shot).  Performers are all fully-vaccinated, and will not be masked while on stage.

Refunds will not be issues for guests who fail to show proof of vaccination at the door.

Statement on Racism and Transphobia

As a theater, CATCh is committed to:

  • Speaking out against racism and homophobia/transphobia, on the stage and in our community;
  • Amplifying BIPOC voices;
  • Continuing to learn and listen to BIPOC leaders;
  • Honoring and celebrating transgender, non-binary, agender, and other gender-diverse participants;
  • Providing a safe and inclusive environment for all LGBTQIA+ students, performers, and patrons;

We're not done. We recognize that true equality and meaningful diversity will always require mindfulness and intentionality.
